If I could give lower than one star, I would! Item arrived OPEN. Said to be “New” and was a higher price than other items listed “As New.” This was A USED ITEM. The steps were dirty and used. The DVD was used and has a scratch on it. Box was in shreds by the time it arrived and the fact that it hadn’t even been sealed closed was TERRIBLE! Said “Targets Return” – and obviously was!

When I first received the High Step I was a little disappointed that it was a “square” step rather than the typical rectangular shape. Then I used my High Step and realized that I do not need the rectangular shape and this is much easier to store when not in use. I originally received a gift of a rectangular step that was only 6 inches at it’s highest, and returned it to purchase the High Step. I am so much happier with a step that reaches 12 inches high. It’s the height that makes the workout and I am extrememly pleased with my High Step purchase and definitely will suggest to my friends looking to get in shape. Great cardio and butt workout!

I got this as a gift, so I don’t know who they bought it from. I love the step. It’s exactly what I need to exercise and doesn’t take a lot of room. I can easily store it in our front coat closet. The DVD package came open and with sand in it. It was so scratched up I never used it. I would give the step 5 stars if it hadn’t had come with a scratched up DVD.
