This was an easy read book and would be very helpful for first responders or anyone who is joining the marines. It had some humor and was very informative. I enjoyed it immensely.

Author Paul J. Roarke’s fitness program combines a time efficient workout routine with an easy to follow diet. His no nonsense get off your but and do it yourself approach to getting in shape is a real motivator. The author has spent many years through trial and error to discover what works, and what dosen’t work in acheiving peak physical condition. I would highly recomend this book to anyone that is serious about getting into shape.
